Catering companies hire our refrigerated vans ahead of weddings and events, as do shops and wholesalers when their own vehicles are in for servicing, as well as private individuals who need to transport larger quantities of food or flowers. You can collect the vehicle from our office in Wadowice (Błonie 1) or we can arrange for it to be delivered to the address you specify. Before you set off, we’ll show you how to operate the refrigeration unit.
What sort of refrigerated van are we renting?
The range includes Renault Master Refrigerated, a delivery van with an insulated body and a refrigeration unit. Key specifications:
- cargo space: 420 x 210 x 200 cm, usable height beneath the evaporator: 180 cm
- two separate refrigerated compartments, meaning you can transport, for example, frozen and fresh goods in a single journey
- temperature control from +20°C to -20°C

- regular maintenance and disinfection of the fittings
How much does it cost to hire a refrigerated van?
The cost of renting a refrigerated van is from 350 zł per night plus extras. The final amount depends on the length of the hire, the dates and any extras you choose. The calculator at side of the car, or you can contact her by telephone on 787 001 003.
A deposit is always taken and is fully refundable. We quote the amount when you make your booking, so you’ll know the full cost before signing the contract. For longer-term rentals, the terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

How to hire a refrigerated van

- Please have your identity card, Category B driving licence and a deposit ready.
- Collect the car in Wadowice or arrange for it to be delivered to your address.
- Before you set off, we’ll show you how to operate the generator and set the temperature in the chambers.

Yes, delivery to the specified address is possible by prior arrangement. You can also collect the car from our office in Wadowice, at 1 Błonie.
